If you have been reading this site, you know that you should only buy gift cards from a seller with excellent or better feedback in the 3-5 digit ranges and only buy them with a form of payment that protects you, such as Paypal or credit card. If the listing says Money Order only, I don't care how much positive feedback they have, just walk away. If you want the gift card for the lowest possible price, you also know that you should watch the item until the very last minute, then bid with a maximum bid equal to the most that you would pay. So instead of bid sniping with one bid and trying to race someone during the last seconds, you are bidding a range during the last seconds. Another tip is to bid an odd amount. For example, if you are willing to pay up to $10 for an item, why not make your maximum bid during the last seconds $10.81 or $10.27? People tend to bid in whole dollar amounts, so you are much less likely to be outbid by someone bidding $10.01 Is there something in particular you would like me to hunt for at a dollar or less?
